
Chicken breast in cheese sauce

Cut into the chicken breasts and form pockets.

Fill the chicken breasts with Emmental and a little feta cheese.

Heat the oil in a frying pan.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.

Sear the chicken breasts on both sides.

season the breasts with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and cook in the oven at 150 degrees until cooked through at 75° to 80°C.

Deglaze the roast residue in the pan with white wine and reduce.

Pour in the vegetable stock or water.

Stir in the cream cheese and the mild sheep's cheese. Reduce the sauce a little.
