Chill a martini glass.

Place all ingredients except the coffee in a shaker, shake vigorously with ice, and double strain.

Then slowly pour the coffee over the drink to create the typical two-tiered look.

Optionally, garnish with half a passion fruit or serve the cold brew separately in a shot glass.
