
Wild garlic dumplings with parmesan and brown butter

Peel the onion and the garlic and chop them into small pieces.

Heat the butter and sauté the onion and garlic pieces in it.

Chop the wild garlic into small pieces.

Put the wild garlic, the bread crumbs, the onion and garlic, the grated cheese, the flour and eggs in a bowl.

Heat the milk lukewarm and add to the other ingredients.

Season with Salt, pepper, nutmeg.

Form dumplings with wet hands.
